Every sand starts the same way — I assess the floor, check what's under the old finish, and plan the grit sequence. Then it's coarse to fine, pass by pass, until the timber is flat and smooth. Every machine runs dust extraction so your house stays liveable.
Once the sanding is done, the floor gets sealed and coated. I offer three finish systems — waterbased poly, solvent-based poly, or modified oil — depending on the look you want and the traffic the floor will see. I'll walk you through the options on site.
I've done this a long time on the Central Coast. Sanded everything from fibro cottages in Berkeley Vale to new builds in Terrigal. Every floor gets the same standard.
